Now my camera broke down last week, I realised even more how important that friend has become to my blog… I am nowhere, when it comes to my blog, without my camera.
I told you earlier already that I take about 300 photos per outfit, and then make a selection from 20 to 80 photos. That means that there are a lót of photos you never see, but which wére actually meant for the blog. That is why this idea came up to my mind to show you some random outfit photos I love, but which never made it to the blog.
Though I don’t really like photography as a profession (I think), I know that is because I am not skilled enough, as I think that taking a beautiful photo is a great challenge and I love challenges.
I don’t really feel like I am growing in my photography skills (it is the other person who is the photographer of course, but I am the half photographer as well, as I install the right settings, judge and select the photos). However, when I have a look at photos from a few months ago, I do really see improvement, which makes me really happy. Also I recognize that more and more people on my blog are commenting that they especially love the photos.
The improvement that I can conclude is there, will be a follow up of more investment. I have become more and more critical, when it comes to my blog, as I always try to improve my blog in general. This practically means I try to take more time for the right environment and the right settings. They almost play an as important role as the outfit itself, I believe.
