That’s why I think we should be happy that the accessories of SpiritHood have come to the Netherlands. After they’ve been a big trend in the US already (click here to see all the celebrities who have been spotted with ‘a SpiritHood’), these gloves, cap and scarf in one are here to capture the Netherlands now.
Like I said: the SpiritHood is an accessory ‘containing’ gloves, a cap and a scarf, which makes them the perfect winter-warm-keeper. There’s a print or colour for your taste and favourite animal – every variant is named after an animal like leopard, wolf and nightowl (definitely my favourite!). The purpose with the animal names is that you choose the SpiritHood animal which has the same characteristics as you.
You own a SpiritHood, made of faux fur, from €100,- (up to €180,-). I personally think that’s really overpriced for a faux fur scarf. I love warm items – I’m always cold, I love faux fur, and I love animal prints- but the Spirithood unfortunately is above my budget. Even though there is a little pocket included for your smartphone, I-Pod or any other gadget.
I have to add that the price you pay for the scarf isn’t for the scarf only. When you buy a SpiritHood, 10% of the profit will be used for projects of Pro Blue, which is an organisation that is an initative of the the raisers of SpiritHood, against animal suffering.
