>As you might know (follow me on Twitter!) I went to Stockholm in August with my dad and sister to discover the city in one weekend. There’s an overload of pictures coming up, so I’ll just let the pictures speak for me.
Enjoy the Stockholm experience!
Meet Stockholm! A city with beautiful and friendly people. A city with wide and clean streets. A city with beautiful and stylish shops. A city with nature and culture. A city I fell in love with.

I’m not a big Tiësto fan or something, but I still thought it was pretty cool to see a Dutch star thát big in súch a big city. I know he’s well known worldwide, but still!
I went streetstyling in this beautiful shopping street. You see this couple with the check blazer and brown belt? I have them on the streetstyle picture! Stay tuned for their and the rest of the photos.
I’m not someone who’s staring at buildings all the time, but I can’t deny the buildings in Stockholm are almost all beautiful.
Loved this Hugo Boss dress!
Eating and drinking at ‘Vurma’ is highly recommended. Nice people, nice atmosphere, good foot, good prices.
I’ve seriously spend houres in this second hand book store. It was e-nor-mous, I really can’t tell. There were a million books in there, some really old men who were extremely kind and there was so much to see! Check the next photos for a better impression.
Just one of the 100 bookcases and one of the 100 corners that were in store, I guess…
I have been hunting for some old magazines. Unfortunately the men told me the old Vogues are always sold in a minute, they just had a lot of W’s and Eva’s (Swedish).
Something that was outstanding, were the loads of beauty salons and hair dressers in the city. There were an extreme amount of them, in every street! And not even small, most were huge, beautiful and fashionable. Still wondering why I fell in love now?
Another thing I wasn’t used too: the many interior shops in Stockholm. And they were all gorgeous with beautiful accessories and base interior. These photos were taken in
G.A.D.; one of these beautiful stores.
Another one of these cute interior shops was Plan ett 1. Look what an inspirational place!
There I found another bookshop (not second hand this time). I know it isn’t the biggest of the world – I saw pictures of the biggest in NY, that one’s definitely bigger- but it’s still huge and it has all the streetstyle, fashion and beauty books you can think of. I’m a bit ashamed when saying I think I spend a few hours here as well, haha.
I was a bit too early, but I did see another Monki!
I saw various gigantic H&M’s. That’s what I like!
Some late night Swedish food! Swedish meat balls and a typical Swedish desert… hmmm!
No big city without tourism. This was the only souvenir shop I came across with though.
And we ended up doing a sight seeing. Which is honestly not my cup of tea at all, but it was fine.

So, are you wishing to go to Stockholm now? I bet you are!
